Introduction
We are seeking a talented Project Architect to join our dynamic design team on a full‑time basis. This role offers the opportunity to work on a diverse portfolio of residential, commercial, and mixed‑use projects, collaborating closely with senior architects, engineers, and clients to bring visionary concepts to life. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical expertise with a creative mindset, delivering high‑quality design solutions while managing project timelines and budgets.
Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design process from conceptual sketches through construction documents for a variety of project types.
- Produce detailed 2‑D and 3‑D drawings using AutoCAD, SketchUp, and industry‑standard rendering software.
- Develop and coordinate design concepts, ensuring compliance with local building codes, sustainability standards, and client requirements.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams—including structural, MEP, and interior designers—to integrate technical solutions.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentation packages, including renderings, models, and material boards, to clients and stakeholders.
- Manage multiple project schedules simultaneously, monitoring progress and adjusting resources to meet deadlines.
- Conduct site visits and inspections to verify that construction aligns with design intent and quality standards.
- Mentor junior staff and interns, providing guidance on best practices in architectural drafting, modeling, and documentation.
- Maintain accurate project records, cost estimates, and documentation for client approvals and regulatory submissions.
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Architecture from an accredited university.
- At least 2 years of professional experience in architectural design and project execution.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and rendering tools such as V-Ray, Lumion, or Enscape.
- Strong understanding of design principles, technical drawing standards, and construction detailing.
- Demonstrated creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly to clients and internal teams.
- Flexibility to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
- Educational background of at least SMA/SMK or equivalent is acceptable for entry‑level considerations.
