Introduction
We are seeking a diligent and detail‑oriented Package & Camera Packing Administrator to join our fast‑growing logistics and media support team in Tangerang Regency. This part‑time role is ideal for a young, motivated woman who thrives in a clean, organized environment and enjoys occasional content creation for YouTube and TikTok. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the tidiness of the work area, handling customer‑specific packaging tasks, and assisting with short‑form video production on a regular basis.
Responsibilities
- Maintain impeccable cleanliness and orderliness of the packing area; ensure all tools and materials are neatly stored after each shift.
- Collect and verify items designated by customers, print shipping receipts, and generate detailed reports accompanied by photos of the packed goods.
- Pack products securely using appropriate plastic packing materials, monitor stock levels of packaging supplies, and reorder when thresholds are reached.
- Capture high‑quality photographs of completed packages for internal tracking and client confirmation.
- Assist the marketing team by recording short video clips for YouTube and TikTok at least once every few days, showcasing the packing process and behind‑the‑scenes activities.
- Communicate daily packing volumes (typically 10‑20 packages per visit) to supervisors and update digital logs.
- Adhere to a work schedule of 3‑4 days per week, from 12:00 PM to 7:00 PM, with flexibility to adjust based on operational needs.
- Commit to a minimum three‑month employment period, demonstrating reliability and a strong work ethic.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum senior high school (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Age: 24 years old or younger.
- Gender: Female (mandatory).
- Residence: Must live near Regensi 2 (Kotabumi, Cadas, Pasar Kemis, or Regensi 1) in Kabupaten Tangerang.
- No prior work experience required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are essential.
- Strong personal traits: honesty, discipline, punctuality, meticulousness, and a pleasant demeanor.
- Physical suitability: no dust allergies and ability to stand, lift light packages, and move around the packing floor.
- Basic digital literacy: comfortable using smartphones, social media platforms, and simple reporting tools.
- Adaptability: ability to switch between packing duties and occasional content‑creation tasks without compromising quality.
