Responsibilities
- Greet clients warmly, verify appointments, and ensure a smooth check‑in process.
- Provide accurate information about services, promotions, and pricing, guiding customers to suitable treatments.
- Assist senior therapists with basic beauty procedures such as facial cleansing, minor skin treatments, and product application under supervision.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation, adhering to hygiene standards and salon safety protocols.
- Manage daily cash handling, process payments, and issue receipts while keeping accurate transaction records.
- Monitor inventory levels of consumables (e.g., creams, masks, towels) and report restocking needs to the manager.
- Schedule follow‑up appointments and send courteous reminders via phone or messaging apps.
- Handle client feedback professionally, escalating any concerns to the salon manager promptly.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on the latest beauty trends, product knowledge, and customer service techniques.
- Ensure all client documentation, including consent forms and personal data, is filed securely and confidentially.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Gender: Female.
- Age: Maximum 30 years.
- Appearance: Well‑groomed and presentable with a pleasant demeanor.
- Personal traits: Honest, focused, serious about work, not dependent, and genuinely motivated to build a career in the beauty industry.
- Experience: Not required; willingness to learn and grow is essential.
- Documentation: Recent 3×4 cm photo, cover letter, detailed CV, photocopies of family card (KK) and identity card (KTP).
- Skills: Basic understanding of beauty therapy concepts; strong communication and interpersonal abilities; ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
