Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and tea beverages, ensuring consistency in taste, temperature, and presentation.
- Maintain a solid understanding of coffee bean origins, roast profiles, and brewing methods to advise customers and suggest pairings.
- Operate espresso machines, grinders, pour‑over equipment, and other brewing tools safely and efficiently.
- Handle cash transactions, process digital payments, and accurately record sales using the point‑of‑sale system.
- Keep the service area clean, organized, and well‑stocked, including regular restocking of cups, lids, syrups, and condiments.
- Assist in the preparation and presentation of light food items such as pastries, sandwiches, and salads, adhering to food safety standards.
- Collaborate closely with teammates to manage peak‑hour rushes, maintain smooth workflow, and support a positive team dynamic.
- Conduct routine equipment cleaning and maintenance, reporting any malfunctions to the manager promptly.
- Engage with customers, answer questions about menu items, and handle feedback or complaints with professionalism.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on new drink recipes, seasonal menus, and industry trends.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Female candidates only (as per company policy).
- Age: Up to 30 years old (maximum).
- At least 0‑1 year of barista or related food‑service experience; prior coffee‑shop experience is a strong advantage.
- Demonstrated basic knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and the ability to follow standardized recipes.
- Genuine love for coffee and tea, with a willingness to learn advanced brewing methods.
- Excellent teamwork skills and the ability to communicate clearly with both colleagues and customers.
- Strong attention to detail, clean‑handedness, and adherence to hygiene standards.
- Flexibility to work Monday through Saturday, from 08:00 to 17:00, including occasional holidays during peak seasons.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory tracking.
