Introduction
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Frontline Customer Service Staff to join our dynamic retail team in North Bekasi. Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly, answer inquiries, and provide product information with clear and accurate communication.
- Assist shoppers in locating items, offering personalized recommendations based on their needs and preferences.
- Handle cash transactions, process sales through POS systems, and ensure accurate record‑keeping.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor, including restocking shelves and arranging merchandise.
- Monitor inventory levels, report low stock, and coordinate with the back‑office team for replenishment.
- Manage customer complaints and resolve issues promptly, escalating to supervisors when necessary.
- Promote ongoing promotions, loyalty programs, and upcoming events related to running, futsal, and football.
- Operate within a shift schedule (including weekends) and adapt quickly to changing foot traffic patterns.
- Utilize social media platforms to engage with the community, share store updates, and attract new customers.
- Collaborate with colleagues to meet daily sales targets and contribute to overall store performance.
Requirements
- Residency must be in North Bekasi (Domisili WAJIB).
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Female candidates only.
- Strong passion for running, futsal, or football – a genuine interest that can be shared with customers.
- Active presence on social media with the ability to create engaging content.
- Honest, responsible, and able to work under pressure while meeting sales targets.
- Willingness to work a rotating shift schedule, Monday through Saturday, 08:00‑17:00.
- Preferably prior experience in retail or customer‑facing roles.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and maintain composure during peak periods.
