We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable individuals to join our team as Staff Operasional Dapur – Persiapan & Pengelolaan Makanan at the “Teh Tarik Flamboyan” mobile container stand located in the Bluru Kidul area of Sidoklumpuk, Sidoarjo. This position offers a dynamic environment where you will be directly involved in preparing and serving Indonesia’s beloved milk‑tea beverage while maintaining high standards of food safety and customer service. The role is ideal for candidates who are eager to gain hands‑on experience in the fast‑growing street‑food and beverage sector.
Responsibilities
- Prepare, blend, and serve a variety of tea‑based drinks, including the signature Teh Tarik Flamboyan, ensuring consistency in flavor and presentation.
- Maintain strict hygiene and sanitation standards in the preparation area, following local health regulations and company SOPs.
- Manage daily inventory of tea leaves, milk, sugar, and ancillary supplies; conduct regular stock checks and report any shortages.
- Handle cash transactions and operate the point‑of‑sale (POS) system accurately, providing receipts and balancing the cash drawer at the end of each shift.
- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, addressing inquiries, taking custom orders, and resolving minor complaints.
- Keep the container stand clean, organized, and visually appealing, including waste disposal, table setting, and routine equipment maintenance.
- Collaborate with fellow crew members to ensure smooth shift transitions and support peak‑hour demand.
- Participate in brief daily briefings to review menu updates, promotional offers, and safety protocols.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMP/MTS or equivalent.
- Age: Up to 25 years old (no strict upper limit for experience).
- Gender: All genders are welcome to apply.
- No prior experience required; fresh graduates with a willingness to learn are encouraged.
- Basic barista skills or a strong interest in learning beverage preparation techniques.
- Excellent customer‑service orientation and strong interpersonal communication.
- Commitment to cleanliness, food‑safety practices, and the ability to work efficiently in a small‑space environment.
- Availability to work an 8‑hour shift from 09:00 AM to 05:00 PM, with one day off per week (schedule flexible).
