Responsibilities

- Monitor inventory levels of raw materials, packaging, and consumables; report shortages and assist in restocking to avoid service interruptions.
- Handle cash transactions, operate the point‑of‑sale (POS) system accurately, and reconcile daily sales reports.
- Provide courteous and prompt assistance to customers, answering inquiries about menu items and offering recommendations.
- Assist in opening and closing procedures, such as setting up displays, securing the premises, and ensuring all equipment is turned off safely.
- Collaborate with fellow staff members to manage peak‑hour crowds efficiently, ensuring minimal wait times.
