Responsibilities
- Design and deliver engaging lesson plans for classes ranging from elementary to senior high school levels, ensuring alignment with the national curriculum and our institution’s pedagogical standards.
- Conduct formative and summative assessments, providing timely feedback to support each student’s academic growth.
- Prepare comprehensive grade reports and progress summaries for students, parents, and school administrators.
- Participate actively in both academic and non‑academic school events, such as workshops, seminars, extracurricular clubs, and community outreach programs.
- Maintain accurate classroom records, attendance logs, and lesson documentation in accordance with institutional policies.
- Collaborate with fellow teachers to develop interdisciplinary projects, share best practices, and continuously improve instructional strategies.
- Offer counseling and mentorship to students, helping them set realistic academic goals and develop effective study habits.
- Stay current with educational trends, technology integration, and subject‑matter advancements to keep instruction relevant and innovative.
- Adhere to the school’s code of conduct, health and safety guidelines, and professional development requirements.
Requirements
- Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in any discipline; degrees in education or subject‑specific fields are preferred.
- Teaching experience: at least 1 year of classroom experience; 3 years preferred for non‑linear (non‑STEM) subjects.
- Age: No upper age limit; candidates must be physically healthy and non‑smokers.
- Religion: Must be Muslim/Muslimah, respecting the cultural values of the institution.
- Strong communication, counseling, and classroom‑management skills.
- Proficiency in modern teaching methodologies, including blended learning and digital tools.
- Flexibility to work Monday‑Saturday, 12:00 – 20:00, with occasional attendance at evening or weekend events.
- Willingness to follow company policies, attend training sessions, and engage in continuous professional development.
