Introduction

The Koordinator Operasional Crew Stand plays a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless daily functioning of our retail and service stands. Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, the coordinator oversees a diverse team of crew members, guaranteeing that operational standards, customer service excellence, and safety protocols are consistently met. This full‑time position offers a structured schedule from Monday to Saturday, providing a stable environment for individuals who are eager to grow within the hospitality and retail sectors.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and schedule crew members, ensuring optimal staffing levels for peak business hours.
  • Conduct daily briefings to communicate performance goals, safety guidelines, and special promotions.
  • Monitor inventory levels of consumables, merchandise, and cleaning supplies; coordinate timely restocking with the supply chain team.
  • Implement and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) related to cash handling, point‑of‑sale systems, and customer interaction.
  • Resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally, escalating issues when necessary to maintain brand reputation.
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales per hour, crew attendance, and service speed, providing weekly reports to senior management.
  • Facilitate a three‑day intensive training program for new hires, focusing on product knowledge, service etiquette, and emergency response.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by conducting regular audits and coordinating with the facilities team.
  • Collaborate with marketing to execute in‑store promotions, product launches, and seasonal campaigns.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, suggesting process enhancements that increase efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Female candidates who observe hijab (berhijab) are preferred to align with the workplace culture.
  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
  • Age between 23 and 35 years.
  • Demonstrated honesty, friendliness, and a strong sense of responsibility.
  • Highly motivated to learn, with a proactive attitude toward job duties.
  • Ability to be diligent and perceptive in managing daily tasks and crew performance.
  • Willingness to commit to a mandatory three‑day training program.
  • Basic proficiency with store management systems and point‑of‑sale software.
  • Strong communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is a plus.
  • Flexibility to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00, with occasional overtime during peak periods.
