Introduction

We are expanding our retail support team and are looking for a dynamic Promotor Penjualan Produk Konsumen to join our fast‑moving consumer goods (FMCG) division at the RKM store in Purwakarta, West Java. This role is perfect for a motivated young woman who thrives in a target‑driven environment, enjoys interacting with customers, and possesses a keen eye for inventory accuracy.
Responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets for assigned consumer product lines.
- Conduct daily stock opname (inventory counting) to ensure product availability and prevent shrinkage.
- Maintain optimal shelf presentation, ensuring that all items are correctly priced, labeled, and displayed according to planograms.
- Provide excellent customer service by answering product queries, offering usage advice, and handling objections with persuasive selling techniques.
- Collaborate with store managers and fellow promoters to coordinate promotional activities, in‑store demos, and sampling events.
- Report sales performance, inventory levels, and market feedback to the regional sales supervisor on a weekly basis.
- Identify emerging market trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences to suggest adjustments in merchandising strategy.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge, sales methodologies, and compliance standards.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum senior high school (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Gender: Female candidates only.
- Age: Up to 35 years old.
- Height: Minimum 158 cm.
- Work Experience: At least 1 year of experience in retail sales, promotion, or FMCG distribution.
- Core Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Demonstrated selling skills with a proven track record of meeting targets.
- Analytical mindset for competitive analysis, retail analytics, and sales forecasting.
- Attention to detail for accurate inventory management.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team.
- Willingness to be stationed at: RKM Store, Jl. Raya Sadang No.13, Ciseureuh, Purwakarta, Jawa Barat 41151.
- Flexibility to work the standard schedule of 08:00 – 17:00, with potential for occasional weekend or holiday coverage during peak promotional periods.
