Responsibilities
The Parking Attendant will serve as the front‑line representative of our brand, ensuring a smooth experience for every driver who enters our facilities. Typical duties include, but are not limited to:
- Greeting motorists courteously and directing them to available parking spaces.
- Operating ticketing machines, payment kiosks, and barrier gates with accuracy.
- Monitoring parking areas for illegal parking, congestion, or safety hazards.
- Assisting customers with queries, providing information about rates, location of exits, and any special promotions.
- Ensuring the cleanliness and tidiness of the parking lot, including removal of debris and reporting any maintenance issues.
- Conducting regular inspections of lighting, signage, and security equipment.
- Collaborating with security personnel to handle incidents, emergencies, or disputes.
- Maintaining detailed daily logs of vehicle entries, exits, and cash transactions.
- Participating in periodic training sessions on customer service, safety protocols, and company policies.
Requirements
We are looking for candidates who meet the following minimum criteria:
- Male, aged 18 years or older (no upper age limit).
- Completed at least a high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Height of at least 168 cm with a proportional body weight.
- No vision correction devices (no glasses or contact lenses).
- Free of body piercings and tattoos that are visible while on duty.
- Willingness to be assigned to any location within the Tangerang metropolitan area.
- Immediate availability to start work.
- Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to communicate clearly and politely.
- Demonstrated discipline, punctuality, and a team‑oriented mindset.
- Basic computer literacy for operating ticketing and payment systems.
