Responsibilities
- Prepare and review legal documents, including pleadings, contracts, and memoranda, ensuring accuracy and compliance with applicable statutes.
- Assist senior lawyers in case preparation, evidence gathering, and courtroom support during litigation processes.
- Conduct legal research on statutes, regulations, and case law relevant to client matters.
- Draft client correspondence, legal opinions, and briefing notes in clear, concise language.
- Maintain organized case files, track deadlines, and manage docket schedules to avoid procedural delays.
- Participate in client meetings, taking detailed notes and summarizing key action items.
- Support the team with administrative duties such as filing, document scanning, and managing electronic archives.
- Collaborate with other departments, including compliance and human resources, to ensure cohesive legal support across the organization.
- Stay updated on recent legal developments, court rulings, and regulatory changes that may affect the firm’s practice areas.
Requirements
- Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Law.
- Age between 25 and 33 years.
- Possession of a valid Advocate (Advokat) card and sworn oath.
- Demonstrated ability in legal drafting, particularly for litigation matters.
- Residence in or willingness to relocate to Bojonegoro is highly preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is a plus.
- Professional demeanor, integrity, and a collaborative mindset.
