Introduction

We are seeking a dynamic and results‑driven Sales Officer – Marketing to join our growing team in Aek Kanopan. This role is pivotal in expanding our market reach, nurturing relationships with existing clients, and acquiring new customers across multiple distribution channels. The ideal candidate will combine strong sales acumen with excellent communication skills, a solid understanding of credit processes, and a relentless drive to achieve targets while upholding the highest standards of integrity.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively market and present the company’s product portfolio to both existing and prospective customers.
  • Generate new orders through various distribution channels, ensuring accurate initial data collection and verification.
  • Prepare, review, and complete all required customer documentation and credit applications in accordance with internal policies.
  • Track the progress of credit applications, providing timely updates and communicating approval or rejection decisions to dealers and customers.
  • Inform customers of payment schedules, due dates, collection locations, and any additional information necessary for smooth transactions.
  • Collaborate closely with the finance and logistics teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment and after‑sales support.
  • Maintain a detailed customer database, regularly updating contact information, order history, and credit status.
  • Identify market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities to recommend strategic adjustments.
  • Participate in weekly sales meetings, reporting on pipeline status, challenges, and achievements.
  • Uphold company policies, adhere to ethical standards, and act as a brand ambassador in the community.

Requirements

  • Education: Minimum D3/D4 (all majors) – candidates with relevant technical knowledge are encouraged to apply.
  • Age: Maximum 30 years.
  • Gender: Male (as specified by local regulations).
  • Experience: At least 1 year in a similar sales or marketing role; fresh graduates with strong internship experience are also welcome.
  • Core Skills:
    • Customer‑focused sales management (B2C)
    • Effective interpersonal and communication abilities
    • Strong negotiation and closing techniques
    • High level of integrity, diligence, and attention to detail
    • Ability to work independently and persistently meet targets
  • Technical Requirements: Own vehicle and a valid SIM A/C (active) for field visits.
  • Work Schedule: Monday – Saturday, 08:00 – 16:00.
  • Placement: Assigned according to candidate’s domicile within the Aek Kanopan region.
