Introduction

We are seeking a dynamic Promotion Sales Coordinator and Specialist to join our fast‑growing marketing team. This role is pivotal in driving brand visibility, generating leads, and supporting sales initiatives across both online and offline channels. The ideal candidate is a self‑motivated professional with a solid foundation in sales, a keen eye for market trends, and the ability to manage multiple promotional campaigns simultaneously while meeting aggressive targets.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and monitor promotional activities that align with the company’s sales objectives and brand strategy.
  • Conduct on‑site canvassing, street marketing, and digital outreach to identify and engage potential customers.
  • Coordinate with the sales, product, and creative teams to develop compelling marketing collateral and sales scripts.
  • Maintain accurate records of campaign performance, lead generation, and conversion rates using MS Excel and other analytical tools.
  • Analyze market feedback and competitor activities to recommend adjustments that maximize impact.
  • Set daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets, track progress, and provide regular status reports to senior management.
  • Train and mentor junior sales staff on best practices for canvassing, negotiation, and customer relationship management.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, local regulations, and brand guidelines during all promotional events.
  • Collaborate with external vendors, event organizers, and community partners to expand outreach opportunities.
  • Continuously seek opportunities to improve process efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance the overall customer experience.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA) or Vocational School (SMK) equivalent.
  • Age: 35 years old or younger.
  • All genders are welcome to apply.
  • At least 1 year of proven sales experience, preferably in a promotional or retail environment.
  • Strong understanding of both online and offline canvassing techniques.
  • Demonstrated ability to work toward and exceed sales targets.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel for data analysis and reporting.
  • Key soft skills: creativity in marketing, effective negotiation, strong communication, and problem‑solving abilities.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the capacity to build rapport quickly with diverse audiences.
  • Flexibility to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 16:00, and occasional weekends for special events.
