Introduction
We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable individuals to join our team as Part‑Time Outlet Crew in Malang during the special Ramadan period. This role is ideal for students, recent graduates, or anyone looking to gain hands‑on experience in the fast‑moving food and beverage industry while contributing to a welcoming dining environment. Working hours are limited to four hours per day, allowing you to balance studies or other commitments while earning a competitive wage.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and assemble customer orders accurately according to the company’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), ensuring taste, presentation, and portion control meet brand standards.
- Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor, building strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat visits and positive word‑of‑mouth.
- Serve food and beverages promptly, adhering to hygiene and safety regulations, and addressing any special dietary requests with care.
- Monitor and replenish stock levels of ingredients, utensils, and packaging materials throughout the shift.
- Keep the outlet clean, organized, and visually appealing by performing routine cleaning tasks such as wiping surfaces, sweeping floors, and sanitizing equipment.
- Assist in opening and closing procedures, including cash handling, inventory checks, and reporting any equipment issues to the manager.
- Participate in shift handovers, communicating important information about customer feedback, order backlogs, or any operational challenges.
- Support promotional activities specific to Ramadan, such as setting up special menus, decorating the outlet, and handling sahur (pre‑dawn) service.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Age 18 years or older; no upper age limit.
- All genders are welcome to apply.
- Excellent personal conduct: disciplined, honest, and responsible.
- Good physical and mental health to handle a fast‑paced environment.
- Willingness to work during the Ramadan month on a rotating shift schedule, including sahur shifts.
- Availability to work four (4) hours per day, Monday through Saturday, from 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM.
- Strong communication skills and a customer‑focused attitude.
- Basic cooking and food‑service skills; prior experience is a plus but not required.
