Responsibilities
- Monitor incoming and outgoing beverage containers to verify quantity, condition, and proper documentation.
- Conduct routine inspections of container seals, temperature controls, and cleanliness to prevent contamination.
- Coordinate with warehouse staff, drivers, and suppliers to schedule efficient loading and unloading operations.
- Maintain accurate records in the store management system, noting any discrepancies or damages for prompt resolution.
- Implement corrective actions when deviations from standard operating procedures are identified.
- Ensure compliance with local health, safety, and transportation regulations, including hazardous material handling when applicable.
- Assist in inventory reconciliation and support periodic stock‑taking activities.
- Provide clear and friendly communication with internal teams and external partners, fostering a collaborative work atmosphere.
- Utilize personal vehicle for travel between assigned branches, adhering to punctuality and reliability standards.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, suggesting process enhancements to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Gender: Open to all genders; however, the primary focus is on female candidates aged 30 years or younger.
- Preferably unmarried, reflecting cultural considerations for shift flexibility.
- Demonstrated honesty, responsibility, quickness, and a tidy appearance.
- Excellent interpersonal and friendly communication skills.
- Strong discipline, eagerness to learn, and the ability to work well within a team.
- Own reliable transportation for commuting between branches.
- Willingness to be stationed at either:
- Karya Maju – morning shift (09:00‑15:00)
- Simpangan Rimbo – full‑day shift (09:00‑21:00)
- Availability to start work on 29 March 2026.
- Proficiency with basic store management and inventory software (Sistem Manajemen Toko).
- Ability to work Monday through Saturday, typical hours 08:00‑17:00, with occasional overtime during peak periods.
