Introduction
We are seeking a detail‑oriented Administrasi Keuangan dan Pajak to join our dynamic finance team. This role is pivotal in ensuring that our financial operations run smoothly, tax obligations are met accurately, and compliance standards are upheld. Responsibilities
- Prepare, verify, and process invoices, expense reports, and payment vouchers in accordance with company policies.
- Conduct monthly, quarterly, and annual tax calculations, including PPh 21, PPh 23, and VAT, ensuring timely filing with the tax authorities.
- Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts related to cash, bank, and tax payable/receivable balances.
- Generate financial statements and tax reports using Microsoft Excel, applying intermediate formulas, pivot tables, and data validation techniques.
- Assist in the preparation of audit documentation, respond to auditor inquiries, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Monitor tax regulation updates, assess their impact on the business, and propose procedural improvements.
- Collaborate with procurement, sales, and HR departments to gather necessary financial data and resolve discrepancies.
- Support budgeting and forecasting activities by providing accurate tax expense forecasts.
- Ensure proper archiving of all financial and tax documents in accordance with legal retention requirements.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, suggesting automation or workflow enhancements to increase efficiency.
Requirements
- Female candidates only.
- Minimum education: D3/D4 in Accounting or Finance.
- Maximum age: 25 years.
- At least 1 – 2 years of relevant experience; fresh graduates with strong academic records are welcome.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (intermediate level: formulas, VLOOKUP, pivot tables).
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations and the ability to accurately calculate and report tax obligations.
- Excellent analytical skills with a focus on data accuracy and attention to detail.
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities; able to interact professionally with internal stakeholders and external authorities.
- High level of integrity, confidentiality, and commitment to ethical standards.
