Introduction
We are seeking a motivated Staf Promosi Penjualan (Motor Listrik) to join our dynamic sales team. This role focuses on driving the sales performance of electric motor products across a network of retail outlets. The successful candidate will act as the critical link between our central marketing initiatives and the individual stores, ensuring that promotional activities are executed flawlessly and that sales targets are consistently met. Responsibilities
- Achieve monthly sales targets for assigned stores by actively promoting electric motor products and upselling complementary accessories.
- Implement and monitor promotional campaigns devised by the head office, ensuring each store follows the prescribed timelines and visual standards.
- Maintain in‑store product displays in accordance with company SOPs, guaranteeing optimal product visibility, proper signage, and a clean, organized sales area.
- Develop and nurture strong relationships with store managers, sales staff, and end‑customers to build trust and encourage repeat business.
- Conduct regular product knowledge sessions for store personnel, enhancing their ability to communicate key features and benefits to shoppers.
- Prepare accurate daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports, including attendance logs, inventory levels, and forecast adjustments.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to ensure timely stock replenishment, minimizing out‑of‑stock situations.
- Identify market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback, providing actionable insights to the marketing and product development departments.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and compliance regulations, including the proper use of personal protective equipment when handling products.
- Participate in periodic training programs to continuously improve sales techniques, product expertise, and customer service skills.
Requirements
- Male candidates only, aged 35 years or younger.
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of experience in sales or promotional roles, with a proven record of meeting targets.
- Strong knowledge of automotive and electric motor technology is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to build rapport with both customers and store management.
- Professional appearance and a tidy, presentable demeanor.
- Demonstrated ability to sell, negotiate, and close deals while maintaining high ethical standards.
- Proficiency in using basic office software (MS Office, Excel) for reporting and data analysis.
- Flexibility to work the standard schedule of 08:00‑17:00, with occasional adjustments based on promotional events.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
