Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Product Promoter to join our sales team at the Kudus branch. This role is ideal for a proactive individual who thrives in fast‑paced environments, enjoys face‑to‑face customer interaction, and is eager to contribute to the growth of our brand across Central Java. The successful candidate will be based primarily in Kudus but will travel to nearby districts—including Pati, Jepara, Rembang, and Blora—to execute promotional activities, support retail outlets, and gather market intelligence.
Responsibilities
- Execute daily sales and marketing activities, including product demonstrations, sampling, and point‑of‑sale promotions.
- Plan, coordinate, and manage small to medium‑sized events such as in‑store tastings, pop‑up displays, and community fairs.
- Build and maintain a comprehensive customer database, capturing contact details, purchase preferences, and feedback.
- Assist retail partners and outlet managers in ordering, stocking, and merchandising the product line.
- Conduct on‑site market research to identify competitor actions, pricing trends, and emerging consumer needs.
- Prepare concise reports on sales performance, event outcomes, and market observations for the regional manager.
- Travel regularly within the assigned territory, ensuring timely presence at scheduled promotions and events.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative promotional materials and localized campaign ideas.
- Maintain a professional appearance and adhere to company brand standards during all customer interactions.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of proven experience in sales, marketing, or promotional work, preferably in the fast‑moving consumer goods (FMCG) sector.
- Strong communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; ability to present product benefits clearly and persuasively.
- Highly proactive, self‑motivated, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
- Willingness to travel extensively across Kudus, Pati, Jepara, Rembang, and Blora, including occasional overnight stays.
- Male candidates only, as specified by the client’s operational requirements.
- Flexibility to work Monday through Saturday, from 08:00 AM to 04:00 PM.
- Basic computer literacy for data entry and reporting (Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets).
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing market conditions and to provide actionable insights to management.
