Introduction
We are seeking a proactive Teknisi Maintenance Mesin dan Peralatan Industri to join our growing Food & Beverage (F&B) operations team. In this role, you will be the backbone of our outlet network, ensuring that every facility—from the kitchen equipment to the building’s electrical and plumbing systems—operates smoothly and safely. The position is full‑time, Monday through Saturday, with working hours from 08:00 to 17:00. If you have a hands‑on attitude, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to coordinate with both internal teams and external vendors, this opportunity is ideal for you.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance and corrective repairs on building structures, electrical systems, and water supply networks across all assigned outlets.
- Monitor the operational condition of 3‑4 F&B outlets daily, identifying potential issues before they affect service quality.
- Act as the primary point of contact (PIC) for new outlet construction and opening projects, ensuring that all installations meet brand standards.
- Control project timelines, manage budgets, and enforce compliance with safety and quality regulations.
- Coordinate seamlessly with internal departments such as Operations, Finance, and HR, as well as external vendors and contractors.
- Conduct scheduled site visits to verify that preventive maintenance plans are executed and that equipment remains in optimal condition.
- Prepare detailed work reports, including completed tasks, parts used, and recommendations for future improvements.
- Provide first‑line helpdesk support for technical inquiries, troubleshooting equipment malfunctions and offering quick resolutions.
- Assist in the development and updating of standard operating procedures (SOPs) for maintenance activities.
- Participate in emergency response drills and be prepared to act swiftly during unexpected breakdowns or incidents.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Open to all genders.
- No minimum years of experience required; fresh graduates with a strong technical mindset are welcome.
- Basic knowledge of building maintenance, electrical wiring, and plumbing systems.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
- Strong communication skills for effective coordination with teams and vendors.
- Problem‑solving attitude with the capacity to prioritize tasks under tight deadlines.
- Physical stamina to handle manual labor, lift equipment, and work in varied environments.
- Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and basic diagnostic equipment.
