Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive cleaning of offices, lobbies, restrooms, conference rooms, and high‑traffic areas using industry‑approved methods and equipment.
- Execute deep‑cleaning tasks such as carpet shampooing, floor polishing, window washing, and upholstery care on a scheduled basis.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies, order replenishments, and ensure proper storage of chemicals in compliance with safety regulations.
- Conduct routine inspections to identify and report maintenance issues, spills, or hazards to the supervisory staff.
- Implement and adhere to strict infection‑control protocols, especially in areas with high public interaction, to reduce the risk of disease transmission.
- Coordinate with other facility personnel to schedule cleaning activities that minimize disruption to business operations.
- Train and mentor junior cleaning staff, sharing best practices and fostering a culture of teamwork and accountability.
- Document daily work logs, record completed tasks, and provide feedback on process improvements to management.

Requirements
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- At least five (5) years of professional cleaning experience in a commercial or industrial environment.
