Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic and results‑driven Credit Marketing Officer (Mobil) to join our team in Banyuwangi, Jawa Timur. This role is pivotal in bridging the gap between our financing solutions and the automotive market, ensuring that both existing and prospective customers receive tailored credit products that meet their purchasing needs. The successful candidate will act as the primary liaison between the company, its distribution channels, and end‑users, driving sales growth while maintaining rigorous credit standards.
Responsibilities
- Promote and sell the company’s vehicle financing products to both existing customers and new prospects, delivering compelling value propositions that align with market demand.
- Generate and capture orders from channel distributors, gathering initial customer data, conducting thorough credit verification, and completing all required documentation for loan applications.
- Track the progress of each credit application, coordinating with internal underwriting teams, and communicate approval or rejection decisions promptly to dealers and customers.
- Provide customers with clear information on repayment schedules, due dates, payment locations, and any other essential terms to ensure smooth loan servicing.
- Maintain an up‑to‑date database of customer interactions, credit statuses, and sales pipelines, enabling accurate reporting and strategic forecasting.
- Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and after‑sales departments to develop promotional campaigns, special financing offers, and seasonal incentives that boost vehicle sales.
- Conduct regular follow‑ups with dealers to resolve any documentation issues, answer queries, and reinforce strong partnership relationships.
- Identify market trends, competitor financing products, and customer feedback to recommend enhancements to the credit portfolio.
- Adhere to company policies, regulatory compliance, and ethical standards throughout all credit marketing activities.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 (all study fields) – a degree in business, finance, or a related discipline is preferred.
- Age limit: maximum 30 years.
- Gender: Male (as specified by the posting).
- At least 1 year of experience in automotive credit marketing or a similar sales‑finance role; fresh graduates with strong internship exposure are also considered.
- Proven ability in B2C sales management, interpersonal communication, negotiation, and customer relationship building.
- High level of integrity, attention to detail, perseverance, and honesty in handling confidential financial data.
- Possession of a valid driver’s license (SIM A/C) and personal vehicle for field visits.
- Strong analytical skills to assess creditworthiness and manage risk effectively.
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple applications and deadlines simultaneously.
