Mandala Finance Karawaci is seeking a motivated Officer Pemasaran Kredit (Surveyo) to join our dynamic credit marketing team. Responsibilities
- Promote and sell Mandala Finance’s credit products to existing clients and new prospects through direct outreach, phone calls, and face‑to‑face meetings.
- Generate and qualify leads from the company’s distribution network, collecting initial data and verifying customer information to ensure completeness of credit applications.
- Prepare, review, and submit all required documentation for credit applications, collaborating with underwriting teams to accelerate processing times.
- Track the status of each application, provide timely updates to dealers and customers, and communicate final credit decisions clearly and professionally.
- Inform customers about repayment schedules, due dates, payment locations, and any additional terms or conditions that affect their loan.
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM system, ensuring that all customer interactions, documents, and follow‑up actions are logged.
- Identify opportunities for cross‑selling ancillary services such as insurance, loan restructuring, or premium financing options.
- Assist the marketing department in preparing promotional materials, participating in roadshows, and gathering market feedback to improve product offerings.
- Adhere to compliance standards, anti‑money‑laundering (AML) policies, and internal audit procedures throughout the sales cycle.
- Provide exceptional customer service by resolving inquiries, handling complaints, and ensuring a positive experience that enhances brand loyalty.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 (Associate or Bachelor’s degree) in any discipline; finance, business, or marketing studies are a plus.
- Age limit: 29 years or younger.
- Open to fresh graduates; however, up to one year of relevant experience in credit marketing, sales, or customer service is considered advantageous.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to negotiate effectively and build lasting relationships.
- High level of integrity, diligence, attention to detail, and honesty in handling confidential financial information.
- Self‑motivated, resilient, and able to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
- Possession of a valid driver’s license (SIM A/C) and personal vehicle for field visits and customer outreach.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM or loan management software.
- Availability to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 16:00.
