Introduction
We are seeking a proactive and results‑driven Field Collector to join our team in Kota Bandung. This role is essential for maintaining healthy cash flow by engaging directly with customers, collecting outstanding payments, and building strong relationships within the community. The ideal candidate will possess solid communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and an intimate knowledge of the Bandung area.
Responsibilities
- Conduct on‑site collection visits to customers throughout the Bandung metropolitan region.
- Negotiate payment arrangements and resolve disputes while maintaining a professional demeanor.
- Collect cash, checks, or electronic payments and ensure accurate receipt documentation.
- Prepare and submit daily visit reports, including payment status, customer feedback, and any escalation points.
- Achieve or exceed monthly collection targets set by the operations manager.
- Coordinate with the finance and customer service teams to update account information and resolve billing issues.
- Identify high‑risk accounts and recommend preventative actions to senior management.
- Maintain and safeguard all company‑issued assets, including the two‑wheel vehicle used for field activities.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.

- At least 2 years of proven experience in collection or a related field.
- Valid Indonesian driving license (SIM C) and personal motorbike for field travel.
- Deep familiarity with the geography, neighborhoods, and traffic patterns of Bandung.
- Strong verbal communication, active listening, and negotiation abilities.
- Analytical mindset for assessing payment histories and prioritizing accounts.
- Self‑discipline, punctuality, and the ability to work independently under minimal supervision.
- Basic proficiency with mobile reporting tools and Microsoft Office applications.
