Introduction
We are seeking a motivated Staff Production to join our fast‑growing food manufacturing team in Kupang. This entry‑level position is ideal for recent graduates or candidates with up to one year of experience who are eager to develop hands‑on skills in food processing, inventory management, and kitchen equipment operation. The successful applicant will play a key role in preparing and producing high‑quality bakso (meatballs) and mie (noodles) for distribution across the region, ensuring that all products meet our strict safety and taste standards.
Responsibilities
- Procure raw materials, semi‑finished goods, and packaging supplies in accordance with production schedules.
- Prepare, mix, and shape bakso and mie according to standardized recipes, maintaining consistency in taste and texture.
- Operate kitchen appliances, steamers, mixers, and specialized production machinery safely and efficiently.
- Monitor cooking times, temperature controls, and product yield to minimize waste and optimize output.
- Conduct routine cleaning and sanitation of workstations, tools, and equipment to comply with HACCP and local health regulations.
- Assist in inventory tracking, reporting any shortages or discrepancies to the production supervisor.
- Work collaboratively with team members on shift changes, ensuring a smooth hand‑over of tasks and information.
- Participate in periodic quality‑control checks, documenting results and suggesting improvements when necessary.
- Adhere to all safety protocols, including the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and emergency procedures.
- Maintain punctuality and reliability, being prepared to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays, as required.
Requirements
- Male candidates aged 18‑30 years.
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Fresh graduates are welcome; up to 1 year of relevant experience preferred.
- Demonstrated honesty, discipline, strong work ethic, and the ability to follow instructions precisely.
- Excellent teamwork skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in a fast‑paced production environment.
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift moderate loads.
- Willingness to work in a shift system (morning, afternoon, or night) and on weekends when production demands.
- Preferably residing in Depok or surrounding areas, but candidates willing to relocate to Kupang will be considered.
- Strong time‑orientation and the ability to meet daily production targets.
