Responsibilities
The Credit Marketing Officer will be responsible for a wide range of activities that drive revenue and expand our market presence. Core duties include:
- Identify and prospect new customers through cold calling, networking events, and digital outreach.
- Present and explain our portfolio of financing products, tailoring solutions to meet individual and business needs.
- Develop and nurture relationships with automotive dealers, retail partners, and other strategic allies to generate referral business.
- Collect, verify, and assess customer documentation to ensure compliance with internal credit policies and regulatory standards.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, consistently monitoring performance against KPIs.
- Conduct market research to stay informed about competitor offerings, pricing trends, and emerging customer demands.
- Prepare accurate sales reports and forecasts for senior management, highlighting opportunities and challenges.
- Participate in training sessions and workshops to continuously improve product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Provide after‑sales support, addressing customer inquiries and ensuring a smooth financing process from application to disbursement.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, candidates must meet the following minimum qualifications and possess the soft skills necessary for high‑impact performance:
- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Age: Up to 35 years old.
- Gender: Male (as specified by local hiring policy).
- Experience: No prior experience required, although any exposure to sales, customer service, or financial services is advantageous.
- Key Skills:
- Strong communication and presentation abilities.
- Quick adaptability to changing market conditions and product updates.
- Excellent interpersonal skills for building trust with customers and partners.
- Attention to detail in document verification and data entry.
- Self‑motivation and resilience to meet aggressive sales targets.
- Technical Requirements: Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel for tracking leads and sales performance.
- Availability: Willingness to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00–17:00.
