We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Barista Profesional Penyaji Minuman Kopi to join our fast‑growing coffeehouse network. As a frontline ambassador, you will be responsible for crafting a wide variety of beverages, maintaining rigorous hygiene standards, and supporting daily operations to ensure smooth service from opening to close.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve coffee, espresso‑based drinks, teas, and specialty beverages in accordance with company recipes and quality standards.
- Maintain a spotless work environment by cleaning all dishes, workstations, cooking equipment, and storage areas, adhering strictly to food safety regulations.
- Receive, store, and organize raw ingredients, ensuring proper rotation, labeling, and temperature control.
- Assist in monitoring inventory levels, reporting low stock, and supporting the ordering process to avoid shortages.
- Follow all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) related to hygiene, equipment handling, and customer service.
- Engage with customers, taking orders accurately, offering product recommendations, and handling payment transactions.
- Train and mentor new team members on drink preparation, safety protocols, and service etiquette.
- Contribute ideas for menu enhancements, seasonal promotions, and operational improvements.
- Participate in regular health and safety audits, ensuring compliance with local regulations.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Age: Up to 26 years old.
- Gender: Male (as per current operational policy).
- Experience: No prior experience required; on‑the‑job training will be provided.
- Skills: Strong multitasking ability, excellent hand‑eye coordination, and proficiency in traditional beverage preparation techniques.
- Personal attributes: Friendly demeanor, reliable attendance, ability to work under pressure, and a passion for coffee culture.
- Availability: Work schedule from Tuesday to Sunday, 05:00 – 15:00.
