Introduction

We are a fast‑growing fintech firm specializing in digital banking solutions for retail and small‑business customers across Indonesia. To accelerate our market penetration, we are looking for a dynamic Sales Akuisisi – Pengembangan Pelanggan & Penjualan Strategis who will act as the front‑line ambassador of our brand, building relationships with new and existing clients while driving adoption of our mobile‑first applications and product portfolio.

The ideal candidate is energetic, tech‑savvy, and comfortable navigating busy urban environments on a motorbike. This role offers a clear career path from entry‑level sales to senior account management, providing hands‑on experience with digital onboarding, inventory control, and real‑time reporting tools.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct regular field visits to prospective and existing customers to present the company’s suite of digital banking services.
  • Introduce, install, and activate the mobile application on client devices, ensuring a smooth first‑time user experience.
  • Carry product samples (e.g., promotional cards, QR‑code stickers) and demonstrate their use to stimulate interest and generate leads.
  • Maintain responsibility for the daily stock of promotional materials and devices, including receipt, storage, accurate logging, and periodic reporting.
  • Submit daily activation and sales reports through the designated web or mobile platform, highlighting key metrics such as conversion rates and customer feedback.
  • Process orders via the internal application, coordinate product delivery, and confirm receipt with customers.
  • Collect daily cash sales and remit funds to the company‑specified bank account, adhering to financial compliance standards.
  • Identify upselling opportunities, cross‑sell complementary services, and provide post‑sale support to improve customer retention.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to relay market insights, competitor activities, and customer pain points.
  • Maintain a professional appearance and represent the brand consistently during all interactions.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
  • Age: 18 – 30 years.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome; 1 + year of sales experience in a related field is preferred.
  • Possession of a valid SIM C and personal motorbike for daily travel.
  • Own a smartphone running Android 7.0 or higher; proficiency in using mobile apps and basic troubleshooting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and able to work independently under minimal supervision.
  • Basic numeracy and attention to detail for accurate cash handling and inventory tracking.
  • Flexibility to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 16:00, including occasional overtime during promotional periods.
  • Team player who can collaborate effectively with remote support staff and field supervisors.
