Introduction
The Koordinator Kitchen – Pengelolaan Operasional Dapur Harian is a pivotal role within our culinary team, responsible for orchestrating the daily flow of kitchen activities. This position ensures that every dish leaves the kitchen on time, meets the highest quality standards, and adheres to strict safety and hygiene protocols. Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and supervise daily kitchen operations, ensuring seamless preparation and delivery of meals.
- Manage inventory levels, conduct regular stock checks, and coordinate with suppliers to guarantee fresh ingredients are always available.
- Develop and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) for food safety, sanitation, and equipment maintenance.
- Lead a diverse team of chefs, line cooks, and kitchen assistants, providing clear direction, training, and performance feedback.
- Monitor kitchen workflow, identify bottlenecks, and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
- Schedule staff shifts, approve leave requests, and ensure proper staffing levels during peak hours.
- Oversee the proper use and maintenance of kitchen equipment, including ovens, grills, fryers, and mixers.
- Prepare daily production reports, track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as order turnaround time and food cost percentages.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, complying with local health regulations and company policies.
- Collaborate with the menu development team to test new recipes and provide feedback on feasibility and cost.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.

- At least 0 years of relevant experience (fresh graduates with a strong passion for kitchen management are welcome).
- Demonstrated responsibility, discipline, and honesty in previous roles.
- Ability to perform under pressure, especially during high-volume service periods.

- Possession of a personal vehicle for occasional off‑site deliveries or supplier visits.
- Proficient in operating kitchen equipment and understanding of basic maintenance.
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; additional language proficiency is a plus.
- Flexible availability to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
