Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a wide range of espresso‑based drinks, pour‑overs, cold brews, teas, and specialty non‑coffee beverages according to standardized recipes.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation, including regular equipment cleaning, sanitation of counters, and adherence to health‑code regulations.
- Manage inventory levels of coffee beans, milk, syrups, and other supplies; notify management of low stock and assist with weekly stock counts.
- Provide friendly, prompt, and accurate service to every guest, handling orders, payments, and inquiries with professionalism.
- Engage customers by sharing product knowledge, recommending drinks, and upselling seasonal or promotional items.
- Operate point‑of‑sale (POS) systems efficiently, ensuring correct transaction processing and cash handling.
- Collaborate with fellow team members to ensure smooth shift transitions, covering breaks, and supporting peak‑hour demand.
- Participate in ongoing training sessions to stay updated on new brewing techniques, menu changes, and customer service best practices.
- Assist in opening and closing procedures, including cash reconciliation, equipment shutdown, and securing the premises.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age: 30 years old or younger.
- Gender: Female (preference based on current staffing needs).
- Honest, disciplined, and quick‑on‑the‑feet with a strong work ethic.
- Willingness to work a rotating shift schedule, including weekends (Monday‑Saturday, 08:00‑17:00).
- Basic proficiency in barista skills such as espresso extraction, milk frothing, and beverage presentation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities; ability to handle customer inquiries courteously.
- Team‑player mindset with flexibility to adapt to changing demands and busy periods.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 20 kg when needed.
