Introduction

Polytron, a leading Indonesian brand in consumer electronics, is seeking energetic and results‑driven individuals to join our sales force as Promotor Penjualan Produk Elektronik Polytron. This role is critical to driving brand visibility and achieving monthly sales targets across assigned retail locations. The successful candidate will act as the face of Polytron in stores, ensuring that our product range is prominently displayed, well‑stocked, and effectively promoted to end‑customers.

Working hours are from 08:00 to 17:00, Monday through Friday, with a dynamic schedule that may include occasional weekend promotions or special events. Polytron offers a supportive environment where ambition is rewarded and professional growth is encouraged.

Responsibilities

  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets for the assigned store(s) by actively engaging customers and recommending suitable Polytron products.
  • Implement promotional campaigns designed by the head office, ensuring that all marketing materials, displays, and in‑store activities are executed flawlessly.
  • Maintain an in‑depth knowledge of Polytron’s product portfolio, including technical specifications, key features, and competitive advantages, to effectively communicate value to shoppers.
  • Set up and arrange product displays according to corporate visual merchandising standards, guaranteeing that the sales floor remains clean, organized, and inviting.
  • Conduct regular stock checks, report discrepancies, and coordinate with store management to replenish inventory, preventing out‑of‑stock situations.
  • Prepare accurate daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports, attendance logs, and inventory summaries, and submit them to the regional sales supervisor.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with store managers, staff, and customers, acting as a trusted advisor for any product‑related inquiries.
  • Provide feedback to the central marketing team about consumer trends, competitor activities, and the effectiveness of promotional materials.
  • Participate in periodic training sessions to stay current with new product launches, sales techniques, and compliance with safety and SOP guidelines.
  • Uphold a professional appearance and conduct at all times, representing the Polytron brand with integrity and enthusiasm.

Requirements

  • Male candidates (PRIA) aged 35 years or younger.
  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of proven experience as a sales promoter, retail associate, or similar sales role.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets through persuasive communication and strong product knowledge.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to engage diverse customer bases.
  • Professional, neat appearance with a customer‑focused attitude.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications for reporting and inventory management.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while aligning with broader team goals.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing promotional schedules and willingness to travel between multiple store locations as needed.
