Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic Product Specialist – Sales Motor Listrik to join our fast‑growing team at the South City Cinere location. This role is perfect for a motivated individual who thrives in a digital‑first sales environment, is comfortable engaging customers via live streaming platforms such as TikTok, and possesses a solid foundation in automotive sales. As a key player in our sales division, you will be responsible for showcasing electric motor products, generating leads, and converting interest into sales while representing our brand with enthusiasm and professionalism.
Responsibilities
- Conduct live product demonstrations on TikTok and other social media channels, creating simple yet compelling content that highlights product features and benefits.
- Engage with prospective customers through mobile canvassing, in‑store interactions, and virtual presentations to drive sales pipelines.
- Operate Meta Ads platforms to design, launch, and optimize targeted advertising campaigns that attract qualified leads.
- Prepare and deliver product demonstrations at trade shows, pop‑up events, and scheduled exhibitions, ensuring consistent brand messaging.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and campaign performance using CRM tools.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to align promotional strategies with sales objectives and provide feedback on market trends.
- Continuously update product knowledge to effectively answer technical questions and position our electric motor solutions against competitor offerings.
- Travel mobile as required, including occasional off‑site visits to partner locations or customer sites.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of sales experience; a background in automotive sales is highly preferred.
- Demonstrated confidence and charisma for live streaming sales (TikTok, Instagram Live, etc.).
- Proficiency in operating Meta Ads (Facebook Business Suite) and basic digital marketing tools.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and comfortable working independently or as part of a mobile team.
- Flexibility to work mobile and adapt to varying schedules, including event days and weekend exhibitions when needed.
