Introduction

We are seeking a dynamic Senior Agent Marketing Produk to join our fast‑growing financial services team. This role is focused on promoting loan and credit products to both existing and prospective customers, building lasting relationships, and ensuring the integrity of client data throughout the sales cycle. The position operates on a Monday‑to‑Saturday schedule, from 08:00 to 17:00, and offers a vibrant environment where proactive communication and accountability are highly valued.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively offer loan and credit solutions to prospective borrowers, tailoring product benefits to meet individual financial needs.
  • Conduct on‑site visits to verify customer information, perform location surveys, and ensure the authenticity of documentation.
  • Perform credit calculations, assess risk profiles, and continuously monitor the repayment performance of approved loans.
  • Develop and nurture strong relationships with clients, providing post‑sale support and addressing any concerns promptly.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams—including underwriting, collections, and operations—to streamline the loan approval process.
  • Maintain accurate records in the CRM system, ensuring all customer interactions and data are up‑to‑date.
  • Identify market trends and competitor activities to recommend product enhancements and new marketing initiatives.
  • Represent the company at community events, seminars, and networking functions to expand brand visibility.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: Diploma (D3) or higher (D4/Bachelor’s degree).
  • Age: No strict upper limit, but candidates up to 28 years are preferred.
  • Gender: Open to all genders.
  • Work experience: 0+ years; fresh graduates with a strong marketing mindset are encouraged to apply.
  • Possession of a personal vehicle and a valid SIM C (motorcycle license) for field visits.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust quickly.
  • Strong analytical ability to perform credit assessments and interpret financial data.
  • Self‑motivated, results‑driven, and capable of working independently as well as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications and familiarity with CRM or loan management systems.
