Responsibilities
- Engage with store visitors and effectively present Home Credit’s installment and credit purchase options.
- Educate customers on the benefits, terms, and conditions of Home Credit financing solutions, ensuring clear understanding and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Assist customers throughout the application process, capturing necessary documentation and entering data accurately into the sales system.
- Maintain up‑to‑date product knowledge, staying informed about new promotions, interest rates, and credit policies.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets by proactively identifying sales opportunities and cross‑selling complementary products.
- Provide post‑sale support, answering inquiries, resolving issues, and following up on pending applications.
- Uphold store visual standards, ensure merchandising displays are organized, and assist in inventory checks when needed.
- Collaborate closely with store managers, credit officers, and regional supervisors to share feedback and improve processes.
- Adhere to all company policies, including data privacy, security protocols, and ethical sales practices.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent (MA/Package C acceptable).
- Age: Up to 40 years old.
- Gender: Open to all genders.
- At least 1 year of experience in retail sales, financial services, or related fields; fresh graduates are also welcome to apply.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Proficiency in basic administration and sales applications (e.g., POS systems, Excel).
- Demonstrated ability to meet sales targets and work under pressure.
- Positive attitude, friendly demeanor, and a consistent smile when interacting with customers.
- Resides in Kediri or surrounding areas and is willing to work locally.
- Flexibility to work Monday‑Saturday, 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM.
