Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Representative to join our fast‑growing team in the beautiful island of Bali. This full‑time position focuses on promoting our premium fitness and wellness products to gyms, health clubs, and boutique fitness studios throughout the region. As a key member of our sales force, you will be the face of the brand, building strong relationships with gym owners, trainers, and members while driving revenue growth.
Responsibilities
- Conduct regular on‑site visits to gyms, fitness centers, and health clubs across Bali to present and demonstrate our product line.
- Deliver compelling sales presentations that highlight product benefits, pricing, and promotional offers.
- Provide product sampling and hands‑on trials to encourage trial usage and generate immediate interest.
- Develop and maintain a detailed sales pipeline, ensuring accurate and timely reporting of activities, leads, and outcomes.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) set by the sales manager.
- Gather market intelligence, monitor competitor activity, and share insights with the marketing team to refine promotional strategies.
- Maintain product inventory levels at each location, coordinate restocking, and handle any logistical issues.
- Organise and attend local fitness events, workshops, and trade shows to increase brand visibility.
- Provide exceptional post‑sale support, addressing client questions and ensuring satisfaction to foster repeat business.
- Collaborate with the regional sales leader to develop territory plans and forecast sales performance.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Gender: Female (as per client specifications).
- At least 1 year of proven sales experience, preferably in the health, fitness, or consumer goods sector.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Own a reliable motorcycle and possess a valid SIM C license.
- Professional appearance with an ideal body composition (good looking, healthy physique).
- Self‑motivated, target‑driven, and comfortable working independently in a fast‑paced environment.
- Flexibility to work Monday through Friday, 08:00‑17:00, with occasional weekend events as needed.
- Proficient in basic computer applications and comfortable using reporting tools.
- Ability to start immediately and commit to the role for the long term.
