Responsibilities
- Deliver scheduled reflexology and massage treatments according to each client’s specific protocol, ensuring comfort and safety at all times.
- Perform body assessments to determine appropriate pressure levels, technique selection, and treatment duration.
- Maintain a clean, organized treatment area, preparing creams, oils, and equipment before each session.
- Record detailed client notes, including treatment outcomes, preferences, and any contraindications for future reference.
- Educate clients on post‑treatment care, stretching routines, and lifestyle habits that support long‑term wellness.
- Collaborate with fellow therapists and front‑desk staff to manage appointment flow, resolve scheduling conflicts, and uphold a seamless client experience.
- Participate in regular training workshops and skill‑enhancement programs to stay current with industry best practices.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including proper sanitation of linens, tools, and treatment surfaces.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age: 20–40 years old; height at least 155 cm.
- Open to all genders; both men and women are encouraged to apply.
- Strong work ethic, honesty, politeness, and discipline are essential.
- Not currently enrolled in a university program or employed elsewhere.
- Prior experience in reflexology, massage, or general body therapy is preferred; candidates without experience will be considered if they are willing to undergo comprehensive training.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with a diverse clientele.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive motions safely.
- Basic knowledge of anatomy, muscle groups, and relaxation techniques.
