Responsibilities
- Oversee daily store operations, ensuring that all processes run efficiently and in line with company standards.
- Monitor stock levels, conduct regular inventory checks, and coordinate with the warehouse to keep product availability up‑to‑date.
- Maintain a clean, attractive store layout that reflects the Infinix brand and enhances the customer journey.
- Deliver high‑quality customer service, addressing inquiries, demonstrating product features, and resolving issues with a friendly smile.
- Prepare weekly and monthly staff schedules, manage shift rotations, and supervise store personnel to maximize productivity.
- Compile and submit sales reports, inventory summaries, and performance metrics to senior management.
- Implement marketing initiatives, in‑store promotions, and product launches to drive foot traffic and increase sales conversion.
- Enforce company SOPs, health and safety regulations, and mall operating hours (10:00 – 22:00, Monday‑Sunday).
- Provide coaching and mentorship to junior staff, fostering a collaborative and motivated team environment.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Gender: Female (per company policy).
- Age: Maximum 28 years; unmarried candidates are preferred.
- Experience: At least 1 year in mobile phone sales or related retail environment.
- Key Skills:
- Detail‑oriented inventory management.
- Strong communication and persuasive marketing abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for reporting.
