Introduction

We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable individuals to join our kitchen team as Crew Kitchen – Operasional Dapur dan Persiapan Makanan. Responsibilities

  • Assist in daily food preparation, including washing, chopping, and portioning ingredients according to recipe specifications.
  • Operate basic kitchen equipment such as grills, fryers, ovens, and mixers safely and efficiently.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work station, ensuring all surfaces, utensils, and tools are sanitized after each use.
  • Support inventory management by receiving deliveries, labeling stock, and rotating perishable items to minimize waste.
  • Follow food safety standards, including proper temperature control, allergen handling, and personal hygiene protocols.
  • Collaborate with senior kitchen staff to assemble menu items quickly during peak service hours.
  • Assist in setting up and breaking down the kitchen before and after shifts, including waste segregation and disposal.
  • Demonstrate resilience and stamina by standing for extended periods and handling physically demanding tasks such as lifting heavy pots or moving pallets.
  • Continuously improve skills by participating in on‑the‑job training sessions and adhering to feedback from supervisors.
  • Uphold a positive attitude and teamwork spirit, contributing to a harmonious work environment.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
  • Gender: Female candidates only.
  • Age: 19 years or older.
  • Basic cooking knowledge – familiarity with common cooking methods and ingredient handling.
  • Strong work ethic and genuine intention to grow within the hospitality industry.
  • Good attitude, punctuality, and the ability to follow instructions precisely.
  • Physical ability to endure long shifts and handle occasional “banting” (heavy lifting).
  • Ability to operate kitchen equipment safely and responsibly.
  • Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; proficiency in English is a plus.
