Introduction
Adira Finance, a leading multifinance institution serving the Greater Jakarta area, is seeking a diligent Petugas Remedial to join its Cikupa branch. This role is vital for maintaining healthy cash flow by overseeing the timely collection of overdue receivables (A/R Overdue). The successful candidate will work closely with internal sales teams, external customers, and senior management to ensure that collection targets are met while upholding the company’s reputation for integrity and customer service.
Responsibilities
- Manage and monitor the full cycle of overdue account receivables, ensuring collections are processed accurately and on schedule.
- Conduct regular follow‑up calls, letters, and visits to delinquent borrowers, applying persuasive negotiation techniques to secure payments.
- Maintain detailed records of collection activities in the company’s CRM system, documenting agreements, payment plans, and any escalations.
- Collaborate with the credit and sales departments to verify customer data, resolve disputes, and update credit status as needed.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports, highlighting recovery rates, outstanding balances, and any risk indicators.
- Identify patterns of default and propose preventive measures, such as early warning alerts or customer education initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and ethical standards throughout the collection process.
- Participate in continuous improvement projects aimed at streamlining the collection workflow and enhancing customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/S1 of any discipline; high school (SMA/SMK) graduates are also considered.
- Age: 29 years or younger.
- Gender: Open to all genders.
- Experience: 0–1 year of experience in collection or related financial services; 1 year of relevant experience is a strong plus.
- Strong understanding of multifinance business processes and a results‑oriented mindset.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with proven negotiation abilities.
- High level of integrity, perseverance, attention to detail, and honesty.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and familiarity with CRM or collection software.
- Willingness to work at the Adira branch located in Cikupa, aligned with the candidate’s domicile.
- Availability to work Monday‑Saturday, 08:00‑16:00.
