Responsibilities
- Develop, execute, and optimize multi‑channel digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, email, display, and social media advertising.
- Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify trends, audience segments, and growth opportunities.
- Create engaging content calendars, copy, and visual assets in collaboration with the creative team.
- Manage and monitor paid media budgets, ensuring cost‑effective spend and adherence to KPI targets.
- Utilize analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, etc.) to track performance, generate insights, and produce weekly/monthly reports for senior leadership.
- Negotiate contracts and service level agreements with external vendors, agencies, and technology providers to secure the best value.
- Maintain and update the company website and landing pages using CMS tools, ensuring SEO best practices are applied.
- Coordinate with sales, product, and customer service teams to align messaging and support lead nurturing efforts.
- Stay current with industry developments, emerging platforms, and algorithm changes to continuously improve campaign effectiveness.
- Uphold the highest standards of integrity and ethical conduct in all marketing activities.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 (any field of study) with a strong interest in marketing.
- At least 1 year of practical experience in online or digital marketing.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with digital marketing tools such as Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, and email marketing platforms.
- Demonstrated ability to negotiate with vendors and manage external partnerships.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is a plus.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, draw actionable insights, and present findings clearly.
- Creative problem‑solving, strong organizational skills, and the capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Team player with a proactive attitude, high ethical standards, and a commitment to continuous learning.
- Open to working a full‑time schedule: Monday to Sunday, 08:00 – 16:00.
