Introduction

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Staf Operasional Outlet Penjualan to join our fast‑growing retail team. This role is essential for delivering an exceptional customer experience, maintaining a well‑organized sales floor, and ensuring that daily operations run smoothly. Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist customers promptly, providing product information and recommendations that meet their needs.
  • Drive sales by actively promoting products, upselling complementary items, and achieving individual and store‑wide targets.
  • Arrange merchandise displays according to visual merchandising guidelines, ensuring that promotional materials are current and eye‑catching.
  • Monitor inventory levels, receive deliveries, perform stock counts, and coordinate with the back‑office to maintain optimal product availability.
  • Perform cash‑register duties accurately, process payments, issue receipts, and reconcile daily cash drawers.
  • Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe outlet environment, including regular sanitation of shelves, fitting rooms, and common areas.
  • Execute opening and closing procedures, including security checks, cash handling, and equipment shutdown.
  • Prepare and submit daily operational reports covering sales, stock discrepancies, and customer feedback.
  • Implement in‑store promotions, product launches, and seasonal campaigns, ensuring all staff are briefed on key messages.
  • Safeguard merchandise and store assets by following loss‑prevention protocols and reporting any suspicious activity.
  • Adhere strictly to company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and contribute ideas for continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
  • Age: up to 23 years old.
  • Gender: Female (as specified by the posting).
  • At least 1 year of experience in a retail or outlet environment.
  • Strong communication skills and a customer‑centric attitude.
  • High level of accuracy in cash handling and inventory management.
  • Ability to follow procedures diligently and work within a disciplined SOP framework.
  • Proactive problem‑solving skills, especially in addressing customer needs and resolving complaints.
  • Basic computer literacy for POS systems and report generation.
  • Flexibility to work a rotating schedule, Monday through Sunday, from 08:00 to 21:00.
