Introduction

The Reseller or Regional Agent position for the Sampang area offers a dynamic opportunity for motivated individuals who are eager to drive sales growth within a thriving distribution network. As a key member of our sales force, you will act as the primary liaison between our company and local retailers, ensuring that our product portfolio reaches the right markets efficiently and profitably. This role is ideal for candidates who possess a strong entrepreneurial spirit, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record in sales or related fields. You will work Monday through Saturday, from 08:00 to 17:00, and will be supported by a collaborative team that values integrity, responsibility, and results‑oriented performance.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, prospect, and acquire new retail partners and distributors within the Sampang region, expanding market coverage and brand visibility.
  • Maintain and nurture existing client relationships by providing exceptional after‑sales support, product training, and timely resolution of issues.
  • Develop and execute territory sales plans that align with company targets, including setting weekly and monthly sales goals.
  • Prepare and present sales proposals, quotations, and contracts, ensuring all terms meet both client expectations and company policies.
  • Monitor inventory levels, coordinate order fulfillment, and liaise with logistics to guarantee on‑time deliveries.
  • Collect market intelligence on competitor activities, pricing trends, and customer preferences to inform strategic adjustments.
  • Report sales performance, pipeline status, and market feedback to regional managers through regular written and verbal updates.
  • Participate in promotional events, product launches, and trade shows to enhance brand awareness and drive product trials.
  • Collaborate effectively with internal teams—including marketing, finance, and product development—to align efforts and improve overall customer satisfaction.
  • Operate under pressure, meeting deadlines and performance metrics while maintaining a high level of professionalism and accuracy.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: High School (SMA) / Vocational School (SMK) or equivalent.
  • Open to candidates of any gender; both male and female applicants are encouraged to apply.
  • Preferably some experience in sales, distribution, or related fields; however, motivated candidates with strong learning aptitude are also considered.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport quickly.
