Responsibilities
- Conduct field‑based marketing activities, including prospecting, product demonstrations, and relationship building with local retailers and end‑consumers.
- Identify and qualify sales leads, develop tailored proposals, and close deals that meet or exceed monthly targets.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales pipelines, and market intelligence using the company’s CRM system.
- Collaborate with the regional sales manager to develop and execute territory‑specific promotional campaigns.
- Provide product training and after‑sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Gather competitor information and market trends, reporting insights that help shape strategic decisions.
- Attend weekly team meetings and participate in ongoing training programs to continuously improve sales techniques and product knowledge.
- Uphold the company’s brand standards and ethical guidelines in all interactions.
Requirements
- Male or female candidates, maximum age of 28 years.
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; candidates with up to a S1 degree are welcomed.
- Own a reliable motorbike for daily field visits.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for sales.
- Willingness to sign an initial 12‑month contract and work full‑time (Monday‑Friday, 08:00‑19:00).
- Basic analytical ability to interpret sales data and market feedback.
- Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
