Responsibilities
- Provide high‑quality hair styling services including blow‑dry, catok (straightening), and curly treatments while maintaining client safety and comfort.
- Perform manicure and pedicure procedures, applying polish and creating nail art designs according to client preferences.
- Execute brow shaping, eyelash extensions, and related treatments, staying updated on the latest trends and hygiene standards.
- Deliver body massage, lulur (body scrub), facial masks, and facial acupressure (totok) to promote relaxation and skin health.
- Offer creambath and hair‑mask therapies, ensuring proper product usage and personalized client recommendations.
- Conduct thorough beauty consultations, assessing client needs, recommending appropriate services, and upselling complementary treatments.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized work station, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
- Continuously improve skills by attending internal training sessions and industry workshops.
- Collaborate with reception and management to schedule appointments efficiently, especially during peak hours (Tuesday‑Sunday, 09:00‑16:00).
- Document client feedback and service outcomes to support quality improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Female candidates, age 35 years or younger.
- Fresh graduates are welcomed; a passion for beauty and a strong desire to learn are essential.
- Professional appearance with a proportional physique that reflects the spa’s brand image.
- Proficiency or willingness to learn the following:
- Hair styling (blow, catok, curly).
- Manicure, pedicure, nail polish, and nail art.
- Brow shaping and eyelash treatments.
- Body massage, lulur, facial masks, and facial acupressure.
- Creambath and hair‑mask applications.
- Residence preferably in Cibubur, Radar Auri, or Cipayung Depok to ensure reliable punctuality.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build trust with clients.
- Strong sense of hygiene, attention to detail, and ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of beauty equipment such as electronic nail care tools, manicure sets, and nail polish applicators.
