Introduction

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Officer – Channeling to join our expanding team in Ngawi. This role is pivotal in driving revenue growth by cultivating strong relationships with both existing and new customers across our distribution channels. The ideal candidate will be a self‑motivated professional who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, possesses excellent communication skills, and is eager to contribute to the company’s market leadership.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively market and present the company’s product portfolio to existing customers and prospect new accounts within the assigned territory.
  • Secure orders from channel distribution partners, collect initial data, and verify the completeness of customer documentation and credit applications.
  • Track the status of credit applications, liaise with the credit department, and promptly convey approval or rejection decisions to dealers and customers.
  • Communicate payment terms, due dates, and collection locations, ensuring customers are fully informed of all transactional details.
  • Maintain accurate records in the CRM system, preparing regular reports on sales performance, pipeline health, and market feedback.
  • Collaborate with internal teams—including logistics, finance, and after‑sales support—to guarantee seamless order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
  • Identify market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities, providing strategic insights to senior management.
  • Participate in weekly sales meetings, sharing successes, challenges, and best practices with the broader sales organization.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: D3 (any major) or high school (SMA/SMK) equivalent.
  • Age: not older than 30 years.
  • Open to fresh graduates; however, 1+ year of experience in a similar sales or channel management role is a strong advantage.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, with a proven knack for negotiation and relationship building.
  • High level of integrity, diligence, attention to detail, and honesty.
  • Own a reliable motor vehicle and hold a valid, active SIM A/C.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple customer accounts simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Office, CRM tools) and willingness to learn proprietary sales systems.
