Introduction

We are seeking a dedicated Kitchen Operations Specialist and Team Member to join our fast‑paced culinary team. Responsibilities

  • Prepare, cook, and present menu items according to standardized recipes and quality guidelines.
  • Maintain strict hygiene and sanitation standards, including regular cleaning of workstations, utensils, and kitchen equipment.
  • Monitor inventory levels, receive deliveries, and assist with stock rotation to minimize waste.
  • Operate and troubleshoot common kitchen equipment such as ovens, grills, fryers, slicers, and mixers.
  • Collaborate with chefs, line cooks, and front‑of‑house staff to ensure smooth service flow during peak hours.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols, including proper handling of knives, hot surfaces, and hazardous materials.
  • Participate in daily briefings, report any equipment issues, and suggest improvements to streamline operations.
  • Work flexible shifts, including evenings, early mornings, and weekends, to meet the restaurant’s scheduling needs.
  • Assist in training new kitchen staff on basic procedures, sanitation practices, and equipment usage.
  • Document daily production numbers, waste, and any incidents for managerial review.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
  • All genders are welcome to apply.
  • Age: No upper limit; candidates must be legally eligible to work.
  • No prior experience required, but a basic understanding of kitchen operations is preferred.
  • Willingness to work in rotating shifts and on weekends (Monday – Saturday schedule, 08:00 – 17:00).
  • Ability to operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Strong work ethic, punctuality, and a team‑oriented mindset.
  • Good communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia (or English where applicable).
  • Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 kg.
