- Maintain accurate records in the store‑management system, updating stock levels, usage logs, and equipment check‑outs.
- Collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams—such as procurement, logistics, and site supervisors—to resolve any operational issues.
- Prepare and organize documentation, including copying and filing identification (KTP) and other required paperwork.
- Support the set‑up and breakdown of project workspaces, ensuring compliance with safety standards and company policies.
- Participate in regular briefings and debriefings, providing feedback on workflow improvements and potential cost‑saving measures.
- Assist in basic housekeeping tasks, such as cleaning work areas, disposing of waste responsibly, and maintaining a tidy environment.
- Perform occasional administrative duties, such as data entry, preparing simple reports, and responding to internal inquiries.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and security protocols, including the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School (SMA), Vocational School (SMK), or equivalent.
- Age: Up to 30 years old (flexible based on local labor regulations).
- Gender: Open to all genders.
- Physical ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 kg repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Strong teamwork orientation with the ability to communicate clearly and cooperate with diverse team members.
- Possession of a valid copy of your KTP (identity card) to be submitted during onboarding.
- Basic familiarity with store‑management or inventory‑control software is a plus.
- Reliability, punctuality, and a willingness to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00‑17:00.
- Good problem‑solving attitude and a proactive approach to handling unexpected challenges.
Benefits
- Competitive daily wage with overtime eligibility for weekend work.
- Comprehensive on‑the‑job training in logistics, inventory management, and safety procedures.
- Opportunities for career advancement into supervisory or specialist roles based on performance.
