Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic Staff Marketing professional to join our growing team in Yogyakarta. This role focuses on expanding our network of Business Agents (BAs), agents, and partners who facilitate vehicle‑secured loan solutions for consumers. The position is ideal for recent graduates or motivated individuals with a passion for sales, relationship building, and community outreach. You will work closely with supervisors and field partners to achieve monthly recruitment and performance targets while representing our brand with professionalism and enthusiasm.
Responsibilities
- Identify, approach, and recruit new Business Agents, agents, or partner organizations with the appropriate profile to serve loan‑seeking customers who use vehicle BPKB as collateral.
- Maintain strong, ongoing relationships with existing BAs, providing them with guidance, training, and strategic support to improve their productivity and loyalty.
- Coordinate daily activities with supervisors and cross‑functional teams, including field visits, performance reviews, and problem‑solving sessions.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of each BA, offering actionable feedback and developing incentive plans to drive results.
- Achieve and exceed monthly recruitment and loan‑origination targets set by senior management.
- Prepare and present regular reports on recruitment progress, market feedback, and competitive insights to help shape marketing strategies.
- Represent the company at local events, networking functions, and community gatherings to raise brand awareness and generate leads.
- Utilize personal transportation and a valid SIM C to travel across Yogyakarta and surrounding areas for on‑site meetings and inspections.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Valid driver’s license (SIM C) and personal vehicle for field work.
- Strong communication skills, personable, and able to build rapport quickly.
- Highly motivated, proactive, and comfortable working independently as well as within a team.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; prior experience in marketing, sales, or recruitment is considered a plus.
- Residency in Yogyakarta or surrounding districts.
- Ability to work regular office hours (08:00 – 17:00) with occasional field visits outside standard hours.
