Introduction
We are seeking a diligent and reliable Petugas Kebersihan – Cleaning Service to join our facilities management team. This full‑time position is based at our corporate campus and involves maintaining a pristine environment for employees, visitors, and clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while adhering to our high standards of hygiene and safety.
Responsibilities
- Perform daily cleaning of office spaces, conference rooms, lobbies, hallways, and restrooms, ensuring all surfaces are spotless.
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, and polish floors using appropriate equipment and cleaning solutions.
- Empty trash receptacles, replace liners, and dispose of waste according to company recycling and hazardous‑waste protocols.
- Maintain cleanliness of furniture, fixtures, glass partitions, and electronic equipment without causing damage.
- Re‑stock hygiene supplies such as hand soap, paper towels, and toilet paper, and report low inventory to the supervisor.
- Conduct periodic deep‑cleaning tasks, including carpet shampooing, window washing, and floor stripping/waxing.
- Inspect facilities for any maintenance issues (e.g., leaks, broken fixtures) and promptly notify the maintenance team.
- Follow health, safety, and infection‑control guidelines, wearing personal protective equipment (PPE) when required.
- Collaborate with other cleaning staff to ensure coverage during special events, holidays, and peak visitor periods.
- Maintain accurate logs of completed tasks and any incidents, supporting transparent communication with management.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; SMP qualification is also acceptable.
- At least 1 year of proven experience in a professional cleaning or facilities‑maintenance role.
- Demonstrated ability to operate cleaning equipment such as floor scrubbers, vacuums, and pressure washers.
- Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals, safety data sheets (SDS), and proper handling procedures.
- Physical stamina to stand, bend, and lift moderate loads for extended periods.
- Strong time‑management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
- Excellent interpersonal skills; courteous interaction with staff, visitors, and contractors.

- Availability to work the scheduled shift of 08:00 – 17:00, with flexibility for overtime when needed.
