Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Promotion & Brand (SPB/SPG) professional to join our team at the Pepito Supermarket located in the vibrant Seminyak area. This role focuses on promoting alcoholic beverage brands within the store, building relationships with supermarket managers, and driving sales growth in a highly competitive retail environment. The successful candidate will be the face of our partner brands, ensuring product visibility, compliance, and an exceptional shopping experience for customers.
Responsibilities
- Present and promote a range of alcoholic beverages to store staff and customers, highlighting product features, pricing, and promotional offers.
- Conduct regular visits to other supermarkets and retail outlets within the Seminyak district to explore partnership opportunities and gather market intelligence.
- Maintain up‑to‑date product displays, ensuring proper placement, signage, and inventory levels in accordance with brand guidelines.
- Develop and execute in‑store activation events, tastings, and promotional campaigns that boost brand awareness and sales.
- Provide training and product knowledge sessions for store staff, emphasizing responsible service and legal compliance.
- Track daily sales performance, submit detailed reports, and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with the store’s purchasing team to negotiate shelf space, promotional pricing, and stock replenishment.
- Ensure all activities comply with local regulations regarding the sale and advertising of alcoholic beverages.
- Gather customer feedback and relay insights to the brand’s marketing department for future product development.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Age limit: 40 years old or younger.
- Open to all genders.
- Basic proficiency in English (ability to understand and communicate simple instructions).
- Prior experience (0‑2 years) in retail sales, preferably in the Food & Beverage (FnB) sector.
- Strong communication skills, honesty, and a high level of loyalty to the employer.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and handle multiple store visits within a shift.
- Positive attitude, team spirit, and a willingness to learn about product portfolios and market trends.
